The only major changes between the powdered meal replacement
mixes are substituting
rice protein instead
of artificial vanillin and an extra «chm» in the name.

Rice Krispies Treats, Chex
Mix and cornflake - coated chicken.)

mix of frozen banana, peanut butter and brown
rice milk give it a wonderful sweetness and milkshake like consistency, while the hemp seeds boost your protein intake and the spinach gives you a great portion
of leafy greens.

of wild
rice, but in the pictures

of its ingredients we can clearly see there's a
mix of brown, red and wild

of gluten - free
mix after 1 cup so I added 1/2 cup brown
