No giant deep fried taco shell bowl for this

of romaine lettuce which turns a calorie and fat - laden taco
salad into a light, fresh, and still delicious lunch option.
Husband's take: He's not a huuuuuge cabbage fan so next time I make this I might sub out half
of the cabbage with some

About halfway through the latke eating, we pull out a
