of this Bill, is to ensure that the Government

Respect for the rights
of minorities, and even alleged criminals and «enemies
of the state» — a hallmark
of the liberal democratic
rule of law — is eroding

in 1957, Ghanaians experienced
rule of Law, Good governance, respect for human rights, freedom
of speech and real economic development from 2001 to 2008 when the destiny
of country was
in the hands
of the New Patriotic Party under the leadership

Using and applying different
laws to different people
in the
country is a direct assault on the constitution and the
rule of law.
