Easy grab and go breakfast for kids heading off to school, snacking after a long day or when your craving a punch of protein and chocolate... ummm me daily!

PBJ sandwiches or cereals just don't cut it anymore, so this kind of breakfast is perfect to wake them up and prepare for a long school day.

Foodbank is also the largest supporter of school breakfast programs in Australia, providing food for 1,750 schools nationally (both directly and via programs run by other organisations) to more than 100,000 students on a regular basis.

Now that I'm in the swing of things again with culinary school and work, I thought it'd be a good idea to make a quick grab «n go breakfast for the days I have class earlier.

They remind me of the chocolate mini muffins we got for breakfast at school, but I'm sure yours are MUCH better!
