I had cut a green piece
of scrapbook paper in half (so a 6 × 12 piece of paper) and cut a slit to a hole at the top.
While my paint was drying, I placed the letters onto the back
side of my scrapbook paper, traced around them and very carefully cut them out.
For the drawers I used a laser cut piece
of scrapbook paper for my stencil similar to this one below, you can find them in the scrapbook section at your craft store for a dollar or two.

12 ″ x12 ″ sheets
of scrapbook paper are perfect; that's exactly what I used to create the purple and black - and - white pinwheels in this tutorial.
Materials Needed: • Scrapbook Paper or Cardstock (I got about two «flags» out of a 12 × 12 piece
of scrapbook paper.
I traced circles from the lids onto a sheet
of scrapbook paper and then cut around my letters, and taped them together.
For the arrow's tail we cut 2 ″ strips from a 12x 12 piece
of scrapbook paper and then cut the strips into 2 ″ pieces.
If you don't want to use dictionary or book pages, you could also try making these out
of scrapbook paper — or even magazines might look cool!
Once the paint was dry, I placed the piece, face down, on the back side of my piece
of scrapbook paper.
To start out, I turned each barstool over onto a piece
of scrapbook paper and traced out the circular shape of the barstool tops and cut out the shapes.
