of seat pitch so they're about as tight as you'll find
on any mainstream long - haul
aircraft — that's not good for the distances the 787 - 9 flys.
The
seat on the 787 doesn't look any different that other Qantas
aircraft, but it does boast a larger TV screen and an extra inch
of pitch.
If you're booked to fly Business Class
on one
of these
aircraft I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much more spacious the
seats feel compared to Virgin's horse boxes — I'd happily book a Business Class
seat on this
aircraft.
I have no regrets about booking the British Airways 747 First Class cabin because it served all the purposes I booked it for — I enjoyed the experience, I now know what BA First Class is like
on this
aircraft and Joanna and I got to fly to Las Vegas in the very front
of a 747 — but I won't be hurrying to buy a First Class
seat on a British Airways 747 anytime soon.
