But as we attempt to understand the character of Christian existence in the primitive community, the decisive point is that the personal God was known as inwardly present without loss
of the sense of responsible personhood.
Out
of a sense of duty, guilt, or habit, persons continue in such groups, cluttering their schedules with a plethora of meetings.
