Is there a substitute I can use in place
of sesame seed flour (I not able to eat sesame)?

of my favorite items are the sprouted
sesame seeds, sprouted rolled oats, and sprouted garbanzo beans, and other sprouted
flours.

I used flax meal instead
of sesame seeds, and arrowroot starch instead
of tapioca
flour.
Some extra protein and sturdiness comes in the form
of red lentils and chickpea
flour and a generous sprinkle
of sesame seeds and green onions adds more flavour.

I did use a bit
of cornstarch with my
flour and some
sesame seeds... well because I had some and was curious.
I wasn't sure about the results but I gave it a try using chickpeas
flour instead
of the arrowroot,
sesame meal ins ted
of the flax
seed and carob syrup instead
of the agave nectar... I still can not believe how good it came out!
I adapted the recipe just slightly by adding 1 cup peeled, chopped local apple, 1/2 cup
of organic raisins, an additional 2 tablespoons
of honey, and a bit
of extra
flour to the dough (I also omitted the
sesame seeds on top as I didn't think they meshed with the sweeter bread).
It contains so many good oils from the
seeds —
sesame, linseed and sunflower — has loads
of wholemeal
flour and just a little sugar and salt.
I would proudly cut chicken breast in strips, coated them with a batter mixture
of eggs,
flour and white
sesame seeds then lightly fried them in vegetable oil.
