It's so often said but I
do believe it is important to drinking plenty
of water and
getting as much
sleep as possible each night
Ways to
do that are read labels, drink more water, keep it out
of your house, increase your protein and fiber intake,
get more
sleep, and treat yourself once a week.

of nourishment to keep your brain on track... or for me, I need it just to make sure I can
get from rolling out
of bed to that time in the mid-afternoon when I
