I love topping my pizza with tomato puree, lots
of fresh
basil,
sliced cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and then I sprinkle rocket over the top
of it!
This version is made up
of layers
of thinly
sliced zucchini, rosemary infused brazil nut cheese, plum tomatoes and avocado
basil pesto.
Then,
slice the tomatoes into eighths and the zucchini into thin half moons, placing them into a sauce pan with a handful
of torn
of basil leaves, the sun dried tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, a drizzle
of olive oil and a sprinkling
of salt.
Just for me simple yummys, are wrap the tomato and
basil leaf in the
slice of mozzarella eat while assembling or put tooth pic in to hold them together
