Not to mention, there's host
of smaller cutscenes whenever you action an activity such as eating a meal.
Not exact matches
The game is certainly capable
of them — sometimes when you reach a certain point on the battlefield, a
small cutscene will be played, but it's never anything more than a gate opening and troops rushing through it or the appearance
of a boss.
When it comes to «story» content, each
of the set
of three shrines located near the Divine Beasts will reward you with a
small cutscene, usually
of them interacting with Princess Zelda — but again, these feel supplemental and not like an important piece
of the Breath
of the Wild history.
The biggest reason for this is that Respawn attempt to convey the rest
of the storyline during the match, with little
cutscenes taking place in a
small window at the top right
of the screen and annoying voices playing over the comm system.
I also encountered a
small number
of glitches, one that cut out the sound during a
cutscene, and another which made Corvo pause for a few seconds every time he engaged with an object, making me restart the system.
Ultrawide support is nearly perfect, except for in the
small number
of cutscenes.
At the start
of each
small mission you are given some pretext in a short
cutscene and are spoken to throughout the operation.
The two characters interact with each other throughout the course
of the story, with a majority
of it being told in between chapters through
small cutscenes.
You'll see some
of the more intense
cutscenes from crazy fast paced first person perspectives or slow third person ones that let you input
small bits
of dialogue.
Unfortunately, the long
cutscenes and the fact that you only fight cloned versions
of a
small selection
of the game's roster means that the story mode
of the game becomes quickly repetitive.
With plenty
of cutscenes and a new focus on a
smaller cast
of characters (focusing heavily on Sweet Tooth, Doll Face, and Mr. Grimm), it's kind
of interesting to see that Twisted Metal (2012) may just be a segway product to bring new and old fans back to the Twisted Metal franchise, prepping them for the newly contracted Sony Pictures movie deal.
As the main character, you are also able to perform special bonding activities, triggering
small cutscenes and giving you more
of a battle bond with the chosen classmate.
