It is super satisfying to sit down after a day
of classes with a cup
of tea and my
square of chocolate.
I usually keep a bar
of dark
chocolate on my desk and eat one
square each day.
2 tbsp peanut butter 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or granulated stevia if you want to go lower - carb) 1 tbsp agave syrup 1 tbsp almond milk or water 1/8 cup
of ground almonds 2 mini bars
of sugar - free milk

I've never been one to be able to eat a small
square of dark
chocolate after dinner and call it dessert.
I'm in Europe and having a bit
of trouble with the conversion
of the
chocolate, since 8
squares in one
chocolate bar may be different.
No cooking here - just grab a bar
of raw organic
chocolate, break into
squares, and serve with some organic nuts, dried fruit, herbal tea, and a whole lot
