season — creamy «thai» butternut
squash.
But,
of course, I had to try some NEW

of old favorites.
I've found rubbing the inside
of the
squash w / a little olive oil and
seasoning it w / a little salt and pepper then roasting it in the oven makes for an absolutely PERFECT

of fresh
squash for a very reasonable price at farmer's markets.
