I am a big fan
of squash soups and I'm always looking for some new and different way to do them.
I have been cooking lots
of squash soups, root vegetable tarts, apple and yogurt cakes... My usual -LSB-...]
I have honestly never made any kind
of squash soup before this, but I have seen numerous beautiful photos from some of my favorite vegan bloggers and cookbook authors.
Using the coconut milk and curry spices of South Asia, you can turn an unassuming little bowl
of squash soup into an exotic flavor fest.
