on our list when we moved and we've made good use
of it, with many old and new favorites from
grilled chicken gyros and
grilled butternut squash and

The
steak is quickly BBQ'd (or you can use a
grill pan, if you like), then left to rest with a dollop
of Parmesan butter placed to melt
on top.
The night
of the epic winds we dined at the campsite
on grilled halloumi, zucchini and bell pepper skewers,
steaks, a kale and hempseed slaw, and these veggie burgers.
Didn't that just make you want to go cook up a big juicy
steak or toss a couple
of hamburgers
on the
grill?
I plan to use the Cabernet in place
of the Moscato to make a side dish for when we throw a
steak on the
grill!
They have tons
of flavor, so if you were doing baked chicken or
steak on the
grill, this would definitely kick up your meal.
I am a big fan
of cookout parties, hamburgers and
steaks and chicken and pork chops all
on the
grill, so good!
Sure you could add a side salad into the mix or even pair it with a perfectly
grilled steak, but what I want
on the first day
of a busy week is something that's both easy and comforting.
Brush both sides
of the
steaks with the olive oil; spray the
grill with non-stick cooking spray, then place the sprayed
grill on pre-heated barbecue.
