A baozi — or more simply known as a bao — is a type
of steamed bun that is packed full of delicious filling.
Xiaolongbao is a type
of steamed bun that is presented in a bamboo steaming baskets, similar to dim sum in both appearance and texture.
The classic dim sum dish usually comprise of a variety
of steamed buns or the cha siu bao, rice noodle rolls or cheong fun and dumplings.
