strawberry syrup that goes perfectly with these.

I used European - style
butter, namely Kerrygold, and dry vanilla powder instead
of extract (1 tsp), and for the
strawberries I put a handful
of freeze - dried
strawberries in a bag and powdered them with a rolling pin.
