Cut in layer half, put in another 1/2 cup
of strawberry puree into the layer, and then frost w strawberry frosting (coconut cream from a can of coconut milk — the cream part; add a teaspoon of vanilla essence, and 1/4 cup strawberry puree, and 1/2 teaspoon of honey).
It also does actually taste like strawberries, unlike my first strawberry cupcake entry, which used
heaps of strawberry puree but did not taste like strawberry.
In a clear glass add 1/3 of the pina colada, top with desired amount
of strawberry puree, top with another layer of pina colada and then a dab of strawberry puree.
Add 1/2 cup
of the strawberry puree and boxed pudding to the mix.
Beat in 1/4 cup
of the strawberry puree and the strawberry extract.
For the pink hues you see above, use 1 tablespoon blackberry puree, 2 tablespoons raspberry puree or 4 tablespoons (or all)
of the strawberry puree.
Me, I'd totally eat
all of that strawberry puree in a heartbeat.
