My friends at elevAte recently came out with a new line
of superfood salads that make healthy eating a breeze!
I have seen a variety of brands that have created a similar type
of superfood salad, normally consisting of brussels sprouts, red cabbage, bean sprouts, kale -LCB- and more! -RCB-
Generally, this consists
of a superfood salad loaded with veggies, sprouts, greens, ferments, nuts and seeds, and sometimes animal protein or hard - boiled eggs.
