Deputy director at State Hermitage Museums held under house arrest A court in Moscow has ordered that Mikhail Novikov, a deputy director at St Petersburg's State Hermitage Museums, is to be placed under house arrest on
charges of suspected fraud.
Fraud Investigators evaluate cases
of suspected fraud in order to determine whether or not a fraud actually occurred and, if so, offer recommendations on the proper course of action.
Of the 469 scientists who responded to the survey, 27 per cent had encountered an average of 2.5 cases
of suspected fraud during the past 10 years.
