The flavors

If using fresh, when buying look for a large pineapple that has shades of yellow or gold on the skin and has a mild scent
of sweet pineapple.
But we also like to eat it in rice bowl form, with black beans, avocado slices, some fresh cilantro, and even a few pieces
of sweet pineapple, and if you can find some chili - lime cashews those are pretty great sprinkled over the top too!
A great way to use up those extra chunks

The addition
of the mango and
pineapple give it that nice
