I didn't have enough almond flour left, so I added plantain flour as well as a bit
of sweet potato flour.
I just made this, and have yet to try it, but I used just shy of 1/4 c tapioca starch + 1 tbsp coconut flour instead
of the sweet potato flour since I couldn't find it here.

I did today, which was so awesome!!!! My blender was broken and sent back to repair, so i had to do everything manually, from smashing the
sweet potato & dates, crushing the nuts (I used hazelnut) into
flour (this one was hard, so finally its more like bits...), and left out for the agave syrup (was so
sweet for me already), though it was lots
of work but just so great!

I made these with oat
flour instead
of buckwheat, coconut nectar instead
of maple syrup and white
sweet potatoes instead
of orange ones (only ones available where I was in South Africa) and they turned out DELICIOUS.
The second time I soaked the dates in boiling water to soften them and then I just used a blender stick to blend the dates with
sweet potato and maple syrup (much easier than a processor) I also made a budget version and used regular cocoa powder, 1/2 honey 1/2 maple syrup, no pinenuts - just 1/2 cup
of coconut
flour and 1/2 cornflour, I also added chopped walnuts.

Not really
sweet enough to be considered a dessert, but bold in flavors
of apricot soaked in Grand Marnier, creamy
sweet potato, and hints
of orange zest,
sweet coconut, and a slight nuttiness from almond
flour and pecans.
Made with just
sweet potatoes, eggs and a little bit
of coconut
flour to hold it all together, this recipe is fantastically simple and so good.
I make one with a cup
of mashed
sweet potato, coconut
flour, eggs, baking soda, salt, milk (I use oat milk) I also added done herbs and olive oil

of foods that you can eat you begin to cheer up - rice, bread made from cornmeal, blinis made from buckwheat

I too, have a severe soy allergy, but I have found coconut liquid amino, which you can use instead, or you can use vegan Worcestershire sauce mixed with some coconut oil, I also add a half
of cup
of brown rice
flour and a can
of pickled beets mashed in for «corned beef», and BBQ ribz and a can
of sweet potato for» smoked turkey» and both with some tomato paste for hot linkz.
But that's what makes this dish so unique — I love the layers
of sweet potatoes, ground turkey mixture, and a homemade enchilada sauce that uses coconut
flour to thicken it.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Put the
sweet potatoes, 2 1/2 cups
flour, butter, brown sugar, baking powder, and cream in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or food processor and process until the dough has small lumps

You will have success with mixing in 3
of these
flours: 1 cup millet or
sweet rice
flour 3/4 cup buckwheat, and a 1/4 starchy

sweet potato puree Used whole wheat pastry

These blondies are grain - free and mostly made
of sweet potato, but a little bit
of coconut
flour balances the moisture and makes the texture more cake - like.
I love that these dawgs are made
of whole plant - based foods — beets,
potatoes,
sweet potatoes, carrots, gluten - free
flours, herbs & spices.

If you are really craving a low fat
sweet potato blondie, I will nudge you in the direction
of this brownie recipe — replace cacao with more
flour and add cinnamon and vanilla.
Push a small spoonful
of turkey into the center
of the
sweet potato ball and dredge the ball in the
flour, egg then panko.
In a large bowl, stir together the
sweet potatoes, chipotle powder, hot paprika, paprika, egg, olive oil, remaining 1/2 cup
of flour and gruyere and season with salt and pepper.
To be eligible, combine any Scharffen Berger chocolate with one or more
of 12 select «adventure ingredients» (yerbe mate, coconut cream, tapioca
flour, corn meal, pine nuts,
sweet potato and other ingredients native to cacao - belt countries) in an original recipe.
The addition
of a little more cassava
flour can eliminate gummyness, but, again, I've found it often is a result
of the
sweet potato.
Here,
sweet carrots and hearty
potatoes are bound up with garbanzo bean
flour, in lieu
of eggs.
I made your
flour blend (using
potato flour instead
of the
sweet white rice
flour).
Mashed
sweet potato and a bit
of coconut
flour make up the bulk
of these cookies.
Baked
Sweet Potato Falafel recipe from the Leon cookbook - made from mashed
sweet potatoes, chickpea
flour, spices, a nice amount
of garlic and plenty
of chopped cilantro.
You can add a tablespoon or so more
of chickpea
flour if necessary (the water content
of sweet potatoes varies enormously).
