Hidden inside the
sweet potato pancakes batter, cottage cheese adds a tangy flavor that complements the sweetness
of the «taters, plus it provides a mega dose

of banana
pancakes since the flavour is too overpowering — does the
sweet potato take away from the flavour a bit?
