I combined a bit
of sweetened coconut I had with the unsweetened and used that.
To serve, top each bar with a dollop
of the sweetened coconut cream, chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon; no one will believe these delectable holiday treats are grain and dairy free.
Alternatively, you can substitute 2 to 3 tablespoons
of sweetened coconut for part of the unsweetened coconut and omit the confectioners sugar.
