I recently heard
of a sweetner that I had never heard of before and I am curious to know your opinion of it, if you are familiar with it.
The original version was softening the cream cheese and mixing it as best you can with the egg and a packet
of sweetner.
I have to mention that you are the one person whose instructions I follow exactly for the «sweet» recipes... you use exactly the right amount
of sweetner to sweeten the food without overwhelming the nuances of other flavors.
The only one on this list I would eat, would be Kur, which I can't find up here, because of the lack
of sweetner (I can only handle fruit or stevia).
I have issues with any form
of sweetner so i have to really watch all food.
I made mine using a cup of dates presoaked in some hot water instead
of the sweetners in it some of the soaking water instead of the almond milk and used homemade coconut butter instead of the jared one and canellini beans (which I have now learned is the italian for white kidney beans which I had never heard of!).
I do nt like to use Stevia or any type
of sweetners do you think it would make too much difference if you left out the Stevia in the frosting?
It has been shown to increase visceral fat and has been taken off the «safe» list
of sweetners.
You can use as much
of the sweetners as you would like to get it to your level of sweeteness.
I usually stay clear
of sweetners, but I do love using dates in baking.
I don't like the taste
of sweetners... or would they make it too runny / sticky?

The recipe I saw whipped egg whites until fluffy — added a cup or cup and half [forget which] real sugar and then started adding chunks
of butter until it was the right consistency — that is all there was too it and the general reaction was it was easy and tasty — why couldn't we repeat this with Swerve - or the new [to me]
sweetner you mentioned in the zuchinni spice cupcake recipe [I ordered some]??

of agave nectar or with no

We had a ton
of apples from previous CSA shipments, and Lisa has recently been experimenting with Agave Nectar as a
sweetner, so this recipe that Cathy found on About.com fit the bill.
I added 1 packet
of truvia as my
sweetner and its really good!
For the
sweetner, I like to know if I can use Yacon syrup instead
of Nectar?
So to help lower this a little I swapped out some
of the sugar for a little granulated stevia
sweetner.
However, I don't eat any kind
of sugar or
sweetner, so I would not eat this.
I used artificial
sweetner (about 1/3
of the amount
of sugar called for in the recipe).
Fab flavour combos, orange white choc and cranberry always go great together — I also used raw honey in place
of agave as I believe its a more natural, unrefined
sweetner (agave isnt as innocent as you might think — read up about it) As for those
of you who wanted to know about the white choc chips, well I avoid all dairy and refined sugars so I simply made my own, its dead easy — simply combine pure raw cacao butter (gently melted) with a pinch
of celtic salt, a little extract
of vanilla and some raw cashew butter, then freeze in a suitable container before breaking into chunks!!!!! yummy You can make dark chocolate chips even easier by melting pure coconut oil and stirring in a little vanilla, honey and raw cacao powder before freezing!!!
The second thing could have been my
sweetner, I use walmart brand sweet n» low and I am not 100 % fond
of the flavor but I use it in small quantities to semi satisfy my craving for sweets.
The avocado adds alot more
of the «good fats» and then I didn't have to use any
of the fake
sweetners.
I made these using Monkfruit extract in place
of THM
sweetner and they were AMAZING!
Sometimes I put a tablespoon
of cocoa powder (pure)- very good for you and the items above act as the
sweetner.
What research I've done seems to be very positive about the use
of this low - glycemic
sweetner.

I substituted coconut mik for the water, coconut sugar as the
sweetner, blended the pistachios (oops) and used carmel extract instead
of almond extract.

sweetner, i used 1/2 cup almond butter and 1/2 cup coconut butter, did 10 drops

I make simular.I mix 1 c peanut butter, 1 avocado, 2 eggs, coco powder,
sweetner of choice, 1/2 tsp baking soda and optional mix in such as nuts, raisins, or choclate chips and place by the spoonful on bakong sheet and bake yummy!

We struggle to find frozen / canned meals that suit our requirements

I had a suspicion it was the incompleteness
of the BFL program in that it didn't emphasize good fats and the fact that EAS supplements were full
of artificial
