To make it spicy tear up cooked
tandoori - spiced
chicken breasts and use chopped coriander or mint in the yogurt dressing instead
of tarragon.
Also used lemon instead
of lime juice but I think the resulting salad is still a nice blend
of fresh flavours that went well with
Tandoori chicken.
I doubled the masalas and used
tandoori chicken masala instead
of cayenne peppers.
