on U.S. exports seeking to enter the EU in the event
of a Paris withdrawal, as well as a call from the chairman
of ArcelorMittal, a major global steel company, for Europe to establish a
carbon border
tax.
A natural gas bill for a customer from FortisBC, for example, shows that

of policies to achieve climate change goals.
