Not exact matches
Giroud misses more than he hits, Walcott has NEVER delivered his expected talent, Welbeck will NEVER be the
striker to score 20 goals a season Coqellin will NOT go a whole season injury or suspension free, Sanchez and Ozil WILL have down period during the season, all teams have these problems to a greater or lesser degree but most
of the top teams will address these problems and players either inprove or are sold and replaced with
better or at least more consistant players, NOT Wenger he keeps doing the same thing over and over with the same players and he expects a different result but gets the same outvome time and time again, yet its ALWAYS someone else's fault be it the Ref or the linesman or the opposition or bad luck or whatever and whoever and its NEVER the fact that HE has done nothing to change the situation and LOOKS LIKELY to not change it next time
around.
Several names have been passed
around on social media, including classics
of Benzema and Higuain, as
well as Everton
striker Romelu Lukaku.
Then a whole seasons experience with 30 + year old pros and a manager with over 40 years experience and off the back
of a cup performance in which he dueled with the toughest
striker around and didn't come off second
best, he comes off all that yet he lacks confidence, plus he's second guessing his choices and doesn't look as fit as when we first signed him.
It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a
striker who plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders
around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead
of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the
best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes
of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German team versus his time at Arsenal are the players
around him and we all know who is in charge
of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
we again need about three world class players and in my opinion that includes a genuine Iron man DM with intelligence as
well as muscle, a genuine world class 30 goal a season
striker, the likes
of which will turn a game
around when its looking bad, and with the fall
of Santi Cazorla looking ever more imminant we also now need a genuine creative midfielder (why did nt Wenger get Cesc when he was an option?)
He already say's that he feels he never got a proper chance in England, and I'd say he's probably the

The 17 year - old looks like he will enjoy his time
around the first - team squad this season, and there will be plenty
of time to see exactly how
good he really is, although with Wenger talking up his hopes for Takuma Asano, there may not be too much room for another young
striker within the first - team squad in the near future.
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack
of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as
good as the players and system
around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love
of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get - go... both
of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are
good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste
of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real
striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment
of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our average, at
best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think
of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off
Mustafi obviously being 24 is a
good buy.Perez i don't know he obviously is quicker than giroud but this deal looks like the scouts huddled
around looked for any
striker who will cost less than 20 millions and has a bit
of pace in him.And if we buy him isn't wenger contradicting himself about his imaginary boxes about age and resale value. He is 28 already he doesn't have a
good resale value i bet.But nothing is official yet, so it could all just be a rumour.

of wining it that requires a minimum

around 20 alexis 20 thats 40 we need another 35 and than we have the champion league and cup matches on the top
of it all we got to consider form fatigue knocks and injuries can the midfield score another 40 another 40 goals have to come from somewhere so physics tells me so another

not forgetting his not signing a new contract, Walcott could be our Ole Gunnar Solsjaer, those
of you who don't know who i'm talking about Ole use to play for Man - U he was very successful sub player he would come on in
around the 70th mnt and almost always scored a goal, many clubs wanted him as their main
striker but Ole was happy at his club, position and terms, i think with Walcott's pace and being fresh
around the 70 mnt he could do
well for his club, but we all know he wont except that role

of the game still to play.

striker how many young players at Arsenal have not lived to their expectations?
I would prefer we went and spent close to 35 to forty mil on our next
striker as all the

well then you wont get much
better than Mandzukic.
He is no where near the top
