cheese» recipe, transfer the pasta, chicken, then
sauce into a casserole dish and spoon some

over the top.

Spread the Marinara
sauce over the
cheese and arrange the vegetables on top

I use the yellow, spicy, garlicky
sauce from Cafe Yumm and put it
over rice, beans
of choice, salsa, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, cheddar

cheese, it rocked my world!
Scatter the slices
of mozzarella
cheese evenly
over the top
of the
sauce, and top with the ground meat and spinach mixture.
Once you have a smooth butterscotch
sauce (after about 1 - 2 minutes
of total microwave time), use a spoon to drizzle the butterscotch
sauce over the cream
cheese topping.
Pour the hot
cheese sauce over the cooked pasta, and stir carefully to coat all
of the pasta in the
cheese sauce without breaking up the pasta at all.
Pour
sauce evenly
over enchiladas and top with remaining 1/4 cup
of cheese.
I poured the blue
cheese sauce over riccioli pasta and topped with a brunoise, which is a blend
of similarly - sized and shaped diced vegetables (I used orange bell peppers, crimini mushrooms, zucchini, jiacama and carrots).
