You will need to stop and scrape down the sides
of the food processor quite regular, and blend for a few minutes, to get it nice and smooth.

There are
quite a few well - known appliance brands with
food processors, all
of which seem to retail at about the same price.
I did my usual thing
of not
quite reading the ingredients or in this case the method
quite well enough beforehand, and did not realise that it required a
food processor which I do not have, to bind together the sweet potato and dates.

The texture
of mine very much resembled couscous (perhaps I pulsed the cauliflower in the
food processor a bit too much) and I made a couple substitutions based on what I had on hand (oregano instead
of thyme, red and yellow bell peppers instead
of green) but I thought the flavor was
quite nice.
I don't recommend a
food processor for the ganache, because it will take
quite a long time to get the cashews smooth due to the small amount
of liquid in the recipe.
But, anyhow, I made a vegan version
of the chickpea burgers substituting a flax seed paste (1 part flax seeds to 4 parts water, blend them in a blender or
food processor, and it keeps for a couple weeks in the fridge) for the eggs, and didn't notice any taste difference, they just weren't
quite so yellow - orange since they were missing the yolks.
