of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) and the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) to develop assessments aligned to the common core in English language arts and mathematics for

Statistical analysis has been published in a new report, which suggests there were huge disparities in the

of independent
schools coming forward to report problems, representing 30 per cent
of the national entries.
