To make the dressing place the second 1/2
of the marinade in a small mixing bowl with the vinegar and mix well.
Leave about half a cup
of marinade in the blender; you'll make your sauce with this.
Reserve 2 - 3 tablespoons
of marinade in a small glass jar... pour remaining marinade over chicken pieces in a large zipper bag, glass dish or non reactive pan.
