I couldn't find date syrup, so I used coconut syrup, which I bought for one of your other recipes and seeing as it only required a little almond butter, I made my own.

Sorry you feel that way — I make it and use it as a yoghurt substitute but if you don't wish to use it that way then there are plenty of other recipes to try

And I'm not a banana person either, so I substitute with avocado and it's delicious, But I have tried some of your other recipes and they are great

I really wanted something chocolatey so I dusted these in cacao powder to resemble chocolate truffles Really grateful for your book as the ingredients are simple and can be utilised for a lot of the other recipes, hence no food waste or having to buy a bag of something just for a teaspoon.

I made your pesto soup from one of your other recipe books but the gnocci and chickpeas make it really filling.

Recently however I was looking for a very simple cornbread recipe that wasn't quite as rich and sweet as most of these other recipes.

That grilled cheese is getting in my belly STAT, as is all of the other recipes, particularly anything involving chocolate.

I never was able to make a cookie that actually felt like a classic american cookie until this recipe!!!! These were just so delicious, and didn't spread or crumble like so many of the other recipes I tried.
