The Madden series had long been in the favor of the quarterback, with upgrades almost every year to ensure more realistic pocket presence, but Madden NFL 25 finally looks after the running back with the new Run Free system, which makes for the best control
of the running back position ever.

Another area that Conte will need to look at is his wing -
back positions, as with busier fixture schedules, the likes
of Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso will need to be rotated to stay fresh as
running up and down the flanks two or three times a week will drain them.
gutted, not surprised, beat in every

running thru the whole defense goal summed it up, please do nt think if we just bring

I honestly hate the way fans lock players into
positions... There have been so many cases

running the game.
Haven't you noticed how 9 times out
of 10 he passes the ball behind his team mate, when in an attacking
position, just so that he can

I would love to see a big dm option come in, but again with all our midfield options due
back by the time we face spurs (in 5 matches time) I can see wenger
running with 2
of cazorla rosicky chamberlain ozil ramsey wilshire arteta zelalem diaby and niles, playing either side
of coquelin flamini chambers or hayden, again 14 options for 3
positions will be considered enough by wenger.
The players that hold us

of an all round game, defending / attacking dribbling / passing tackling / shooting

Now
back to arsenal, i think Ramsay's best
position is actually right behind the striker where he has space to
run, and drift into space between and behind defenses, however, arsenal have players vying for that
position, Wilshere, Ozil, Cazorla and a young Iwobi, now we know that Wenger is going to play Ozil in that
position almost a 100 %
of the time.
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety
of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style
of play has become a shadow
of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out
of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying
position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide
positions, without the aid
of the
backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out
of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our
backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes
of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play
of Monreal, but none
of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely
runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio
of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing -
back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part
of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part
of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature
of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player
of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out
of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front
of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that,
of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a
back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one
of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing -
back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one
of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already
of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs
of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack
of mobility is an albatross around the necks
of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because
of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Yeah, it's not that any
of those spots would necessarily be a bad pick, but there certainly aren't gaping holes at those
positions that preclude the Eagles from taking Guice or any other
running back at 32 if he's at the top
of their board at that point.
I still don't understand people's obsession with boxing players in to a specific role... The whole «true DM» is a dying breed, even Coquelin is arguably something else considering the advanced
positions he takes up often in front
of Santi and takes major risks in winning the ball
back for us... IMO, the reason Coquelin has had such a successful integration into the first team is that he focussed incredibly hard on the basics
of his role first and foremost before adding other elements to his game (long - balls, driving
runs into space, more aggressive ball movement in general) it's not rocket science to tell a player to curb the attacking side
of their game and focus primarily on defence before attack... Nor is it that hard to see that playing in a midfield pairing with either Ramsey or Cazorla is going to be different as well.
Ramsey will be
back in his favoured
position now (madness if he isn't) and few games later Wenger will be applauding Ramsey on how good his
runs and stamina is as if it was Wenger's own decision
of putting Ramsey
back there and not the misfortune
of Cazorla getting injured.
The
running back position was one
of the biggest question marks for the defending CIF Division III State Bowl champions in 2015, but Moore has slowly emerged over the course
of the season and then broke out in a big way on Oct. 9.
Can't you see, he killed our game today, because he couldn't
run, nor take on one or two players, gave Sanches, and monreal a lot
of work to do, valensia was just free, we need someone who can
run and driddble someone who is effective in every
position, maybe isco, payet, Reus.Giroud is very good, ilike him, as a
back up striker, but we deserve a player who scores atleast 25 30 goals a season, someone like Auba, Dembele, lewa, Aguero, kane, I think we deserve more than what we're getting,
hayden is quite a beast in d / m apparently also and wenger rate him highly in this
position as well says he has «good concentration and technical skills» for it and he is a big lad at 6 ″ 2 mobile as well could be promoted this year to filll in gaps at the
back and in d / m maybe he is my favorite to get a good
run of games out
of the youth and as wenger has become pro english this year do nt be suprised if crowley gets fast tracked to first team before end
of sept and reg first teamer before years out the kid very talented
One
position i know for sure he shouldn't play is the cm
position as he leaves gaps at the
back because he just can't adjust his game and become more disciplined instead
of his usual
runs forward.
coquelin is a decent player but overrated by many fans because he did fill a gap a couple
of seasons ago when he came
back from charlton and did it well... but like ramsey
running around non-stop is not in itself the defining feature
of a quality footballer for a DM tackling,
positioning, link up play and passing are equally important coquelin is excellent on two
of these good on one and poor on last two... xhaka overall is a better DM and should be starting all the time to make him an integral part
of a cohesive set up
Chelsea will counter-attack constantly and there will be nobody
running back to help defend, no DM will be present and and also one
of our centre - halves will be out
of position trying to get
back to our defence from Chelsea's area.
He just needs a good
run at the
position with the support
of Wenger and he will get his full mojo

of quickly
running to get lined up to begin the play.
Habsburg's desperate attempt to claw

For some reason I begin to regret why we signed debuchy because Hector's current
run in the team is so exciting to watch don't wan na see him go
back to the bench...... And the presence
of Debuchy means that Chambers will get very little or no chance at all, because I don't see the boss using him in CB
position any time soon.
Additionally, its a lot less likely that a

positions, which also diminishes the value
of drafting one in the first.
Reynard is close with a number
of players on the varsity squad, having coached a few in other sports, but he keeps a keen eye on his son, Isaiah Rutherford — a two - way talent at defensive
back and his dad's
position,
running back.
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit
of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part
of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out
of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking
of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case
of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best
of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being
run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil
of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind
of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version
of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide
positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man goals need to be scored and for much
of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football
back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club
of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
in the summer we will have a full defense roster to choose from with jenko coming
back to strengthen the r / / b + (just being a backup c / h in case
of injuries again), means that chambers can concentrate next season on just being a c / b as i feel to make big progress in his career he will need to pick one specialist
position, (c / h in my own opinion would be the right choice) and stick to it otherwise it might hinder his playing time at arsenal i the long
run.
Alonso
ran as high as fifth during the race and found himself battling for
position with the likes
of Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton, but the lack
of power meant that he quickly slipped
back to finish a distant ninth.

running back and right guard, but those aren't «premier»
positions in the eyes
of Thompson.
Peppers was forced to play out
of position at Michigan last year, but playing mainly as an in - the - box safety in Dallas will allow him to use his speed to force
runs back to the middle, and also be used as an occasional blitzer.
«can't miss prospect» is an overused term but it does make sense for some teams to go with the higher floor guy and a rookie
running back can produce at a high level typically more than other
positions (judging by all
of the success these guys and hunt / kamara etc have also had.)
We scratch our heads wondering what is wrong, with a pretty good team, and why in the important games we fail, well i.e our right and left
back are frequently caught out
of position, because they are to far in the front and at times forget that they are defenders, on the other hand our attackers are too busy defending, it's been a while since Welbeck scored for us, but you will see him every game standing right by Ospina or supporting the defense instead
of being forward as he should be, to use his speed in effective counter attacks, same with GIROUD for an attacker he is a great defender, how many missed opportunities because he is 1 yard behind
running back from his defensive
position in our half.
was hardly in a
position for Coquelin to pass him the ball (always
running up) and Ramsey failed to track
back and cover... I counted even the last few minutes
of the match Ramsey jogging JOGGING
back to defend while others where sprinting
back
Cleveland could be the fly in the ointment with the No. 1 and No. 4 picks, but genetic freak
running back Saquon Barkley could work his way past the NC State pass rusher; while the Browns have a well - stocked defensive line, tailback (and playmaker in general) is a
position of need.
I have long suspected that this QB buzz has come in part because most
of the truly best players in the draft play
positions that don't tend to warrant the top pick —
running back (Saquon Barkley), offensive guard (Quenton Nelson), safety (Minkah Fitzpatrick, Derwin James), inside linebacker (Roquan Smith).
There is a fact (or are facts) about Arsenal... As soon as we will get our players
back we will go on a
run of games and clinch a top four
position.
That
position is difficult for defenders to pick up on and Im sure he'd be the last person the big centre
backs would want
running straight through the heart
of them.
This week has been a total embarrassment to our club.Even the French players no longer want to join us.At least the top top players.I think all this will come
back to haunt Arsenal and Arsene.Sadly all the other clubs are in a much better
position than us.The complacency has been been sickening to many supporters and
runs so deep now I fear years
of mediocrity.
Now to the article I would like to add that while sitting
back the teams also give much space to our full
backs and after manu match some guy told bellerin is making his own
position of right wing right
back he is so true as bellerin overlapping
runs have increased and he has created most no
of clearcut chances this is the effect
of playing wallcott as a striker also monreal seems to improve his attacking play now even if we lose balls it give more times to our player to track
back and snatch the ball as we have bellerin le coq who has also good pace in him.
While draft
position indicates that many believe Robert Griffin III will be this season's version
of Cam Newton, and others think that Trent Richardson is a potential number one fantasy
back (despite his injury and the poor track record
of rookie
running backs), neither
of them are projected to win the rookie
of the year.
Johnson
ran out
of gas on the final lap
of the postseason opener at Chicagoland Speedway (he finished 10th); he wrecked hard at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Oct. 15 after putting his number 48 Chevy in a precarious
position (he wound up 34th); and he waited too long at Talladega Superspeedway to make his typical late - race charge from the
back of the pack (he came in 26th).
