Lately for a quick and healthy breakfast I have bee combining 1 cp of plain Greek yogurt (fage is my favorite) with 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp
of sliced almonds, 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds, and a handful of chopped fruit usually strawberries.

Top each serving with 2 Tablespoons of cherry preserves and 1 Tablespoon
of sliced almonds.
I used the ground dried almond I had left over from making almond milk in the topping instead
of sliced almonds!

The slightly crunchy
almond and pecan base contrasts so wonderfully with the thick sweet layer
of banana cream, delicious banana

of coconut milk and mixed in some grated raw cacao, banana
slices and seeds and a bit more

Split the sesame ginger marinated chicken evenly between the four meal prep bowls and then top with green onion,
