Well, agreed that one search on the internet gives you tons and tons

I prefer using a lower heat for erythritol - sweetened baked goods and also for those which use almonds or nuts, so that's why I often bake this kind
of recipe at 300 °F (150 °C).
And to try and make Healthy Vegan Friday more fun and interactive, Robin and I have decided to try and make one
of your recipes at least twice a month (hopefully every week!).
You could absolutely increase either or both and it would not affect the chemistry
of the recipe at all.

all of my recipes at an altitude of 5,500 feet, and often make them at 8,500 feet and they turn out very well: --RRB-
And I have to admit, I was a little bit skeptical about his choice

Although not
all of the recipes at Minimalist Baker are vegan, the majority are and because of what a huge help those recipes have been to me, I couldn't possibly leave it off this list.

by the way I just made this now... mmm I measure in cups and admittedly 100g flour is less than 1 cup of flour but I put one cup and for the ratio of olive oil in and water it was WAY too much flour... well it did nt look like the photo
