I'm a Brazilian living in Mexico and had this bunch
of tilapia fillets sitting in the freezer and no idea what to do with it.
These came as a result of trying to use up some sweet potatoes I had in the pantry before we moved and realizing that I hadn't used
any of the tilapia fillets my friend from work sent home with me.
