He just got back from El Salvador yesterday and brought with him a bag
of toasted cashews (my fav!)
The crunch
of the toasted cashews and the cool, crisp lettuce gave these great texture and I loved the freshness of the basil and scallions.

toast at different rates, what I did was scatter the

toast for about 5 minutes, then I took the sheet out, added the millet to the other side, then let the whole tray
