of trade union funding of parties is not a matter of direct concern to the Conservative Party.

This is a naked attempt not just to reduce

The Party has lost most
of its bigger private donors and depleted
trade union political
funds will not be capable
of again bridging this gap.

It's an old favourite
of mine, something I feel passionately about — party
funding and the
trade unions.
