I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit
of protein with it.
Spiced with cinnamon, allspice, and cocoa powder, this warming bean and

of roasted spaghetti squash in this naturally gluten - free

What sets the food apart from any other meal is that I will make one or two things more than a normal
