Take a shell in the palm of your hand and stuff it with a large spoonful
of turkey mixture, about 2 tablespoons.
Place 2 tablespoons Monterey Jack cheese on top
of turkey mixture and roll up.
Brush with melted butter and add
some of the turkey mixture in a thin line down the side closest to you.
Press half
of turkey mixture into foil - lined pan.
