of your typical breakfast routine?
I don't know about you, but a lot
of typical breakfast foods leave me hungry soon after I eat.
It just so happens that most
of the typical breakfast foods are in fact starchy, processed grains often containing sugar.
Since my niece is allergic to eggs, peanuts, wheat, soy, and shellfish, that takes out a lot
of typical breakfast foods to offer her.
Unlike the majority
of typical breakfast foods out there that are highly processed and laden with sugar or unhealthy fat, this is as clean as they come and will save your from feeling sick or groggy and more content and fulfilled.

Instead
of the
typical green or red bell peppers, this flavorful
breakfast hash gets a hit
of heat and texture from shishito peppers.
The only problem with your
typical baked oatmeal - it's not all that convenient when you are needing a grab - n - go type
of breakfast.

On weekends, I try to switch up my

After two years I finally got my daughter to stop taking the
breakfast, but now my son is in pre-k and he takes it regardless
of how much I feed him before he leaves (He's my
typical «3
breakfasts eater» on weekends).
