For Vanilla SMB, I like this recipe (minus the matcha) and plus a tablespoon
of vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract).
I added 1 TBSP
of vanilla bean paste into the yogurt mixture before adding dry ingredients.
The whipped cream layer was easy enough to sub for a more breakfasty counterpart; changing it for yogurt and stirring in half a teaspoon
of vanilla bean paste, for flavour and those gorgeous speckles (a.k.a nature's sprinkles).
