From my experience, easing lots
of veg in slowly helped.
Plus it's a really easy way to get a
serve of veg in — can't argue with that!
All the «substitution» sites say coconut oil can be used instead
of the veg oil.
Of course, I surround these proteins with
tons of veg and healthy fats.
