The goal
of most
vegans is to reduce animal suffering and cooking your veggie
burger on a different grill isn't going to do that.
Speaking
of dinner, this
vegan chickpea
burger does not disappoint either!
There are many vegetarians and
vegans who eat veggie
burgers and the like who are getting lots
of fat and salt from their
vegan healthy foods.
In case you are wondering, The

In addition to her great
burger and burrito recipes, Sophia has an amazing collection

of the classics like Ranch Dressing and Tzatziki that would satisfy and delight even the most skeptical non
vegan.
This recipe is for one
of my favorite combinations: red onion, banana pepper rings, baby spinach, your choice
of vegan cheese shreds (or none), and crumbled Black Bean

There's lots
of ways to enjoy a delicious summer BBQ — from savoury salads to scrummy desserts and
vegan burgers to smoky, grilled veggies, there are so many delish alternatives, even the most devoted carnivore will be happy to indulge in the
vegan barbeque.
