There are many decadent kinds
of Vegan dishes that one might not be able to eat everyday that can be enjoyed on holidays.
I personally am not vegan, but I naturally tend to eat a good amount
of vegan dishes when cooking for myself at home.
For those of you who, like me, are still scrambling for recipe inspiration for your holiday gatherings, here's one fantastic list
of vegan dishes to consider.
(One guest can not eat any legumes which eliminates a lot
of vegan dishes one might ordinarily make!)

vegan dishes so when I turn to the slow cooker for some meals, you can imagine how my life just gets way more simplified while still remaining tasty and healthy.
I was surprised, though, that none
of this year's round ups for

dishes included this amazing recipe I came across, which is going to be the centerpiece

of «fishless»

We've both been
vegan for a long time now — over 10 years — so I would say that we've probably settled into a routine
of our favourite
dishes during the week — fajitas, spaghetti bolognaise, stirfry, risotto and arancini balls, roast dinner, peanut butter curry.
The first few weeks after going
vegan I made a lot (and I mean A LOT)
of Mexican
dishes.
I like covering the
dish with a sheet
of aluminum foil to help trap in the heat, allowing the
vegan cheese to melt a little more evenly.
All
of the
dishes are also
vegan unless they contain eggs, which they'll leave out on request.

Most
of the recipes on here are creations
of our own that have been influenced by non-
vegan dishes, cooking shows, cook books, products that we have seen in stores, cafe's that we have visited, other bloggers, and / or
vegan chef courses that I have been a part
of in the past few years.
We spent a good 30 minutes discussing how this
dish could have been great had it been prepared with a bit
of care and know - how and how it's a shame so many places still treat
vegan options as a complete afterthought.
I was one
of those weird people that always doused their steak in vinegar when I was a meat eater, so I was thrilled to see someone re-creating that
dish in a
vegan friendly way.
