To make a cream or ointment mix about one round teaspoon or 10 tablets or of Mumio (freeze Mumio first and grind it in a coffee grinder to make powder) with 20 drops of any citrus essential oil (grapefruit, orange, lemon, etc.), 5 drops (not more) of cinnamon essential oil and about 100 ml
of vegetable glycerine or vaseline or any baby cream (free from harmful additives) in a glass jar (don't use plastic containers).
I have the «Now» brand named Stevia liquid leaf extract in a base
of vegetable glycerine & water.
That helps, but to be sure it doesn't get hard you can add a couple tablespoons
of vegetable glycerine.
