of what you're saying, however I would like to know what you think about the ethical side
of being
vegan /
vegetarian because personally I think you SHOULD restrict yourself from eating animal products, considering the pain
and suffering an animal has had to go through unecessarily for you to eat them.
I am a relatively new
vegan (7 years, 18 as a
vegetarian before that) but I know lots
of vegans who have been
vegan for decades who have not had any health / degenerative issues
and this includes athletes that have performed their best since becoming
vegan.
It is hard to believe that you
of all bloggers, trying to promote organic
and local produce
and vegetarian or even
vegan lifestyle which stands for living more sustainably, so consistently ignore the impact long distance travel (with multiple people!)
Most
of the spread was gone by morning,
and since none
of my guests were
vegan or
vegetarian, I am definitely calling this a win.
