I have a severe allergy and find
eating at Christmas really difficult as a
vegetarian as 90 %
of the time mushrooms are part
of the main.

Hi Ella, I do really like this post and agree with most
of what you're saying, however I would like to know what you think about the ethical side
of being vegan /
vegetarian because personally I think you SHOULD restrict yourself from
eating animal products, considering the pain and suffering an animal has had to go through unecessarily for you to
eat them.
I
eat healthily most
of the time and though not a
vegetarian I only
eat meat if it's in a meal made by someone else and they don't know my preference.
I'm a
vegetarian and I try to
eat vegan most
of the time — I hadn't thought about putting avocados in my sauce.

I would like to
eat more
vegetarian meals, but they need to have plenty
of protein for husband and son.
I've done plant based vegan, fully raw,

Some
of the guests were
vegetarians, some gluten - free, everyone loves to
eat, and I wanted lots
of time with the relatives.

of the best ways to reduce the grocery budget is to
