This takes place through school
visits of one to several weeks annually in North America Waldorf schools, working with
teachers, classes, staff, and individual students, as well as offering lectures / workshops for parents and the wider community.
Second, the lead
teacher makes a home
visit a few days prior to the scheduled start so that your child can experience her in the comfort and familiarity
of family environment.
Make a
visit to school and take pictures
of the
teachers and environment so your child can remember and talk about school while at home.
Visitors will be able to see up close and learn about live raptors from the Blue Hills Trailside Museum,
visit the Animal Adventures petting zoo, and take part in activities led by Boston Nature Center's

of Science, Renew Boston, and the U.S. Forest Service.
An hour is fine for a first

visiting programs met the minimal legislative threshold for federal funding: Early Head Start, the Early Intervention Program, Family Check - up, Healthy Families America, Healthy Steps, Home Instruction Program for Preschool Youngsters, Nurse - Family Partnership, and Parents as
Teachers.40 In August 2011, the Coalition for Evidence - Based Policy built upon the government's review by evaluating the extent to which programs implemented with fidelity would produce important improvements in the lives
of at - risk children and parents.41 Through this review, one program was given a strong rating (the Nurse - Family Partnership), two were given medium ratings (Early Intervention Program and Family Check - up), and all other programs were given a low rating.
